Advanced Technologies

Our flexible manufacturing capabilities allow us to provide a diversity of product from simple double sided boards to 14+ layer boards with high aspect ratio and trace density.  We can process a variety of substrate materials including FR4, Teflon, hybrid materials, and high Tg material for lead-free applications.  Our selection of surface finishes includes HASL, immersion gold, immersion silver and OSP finishes.
