ENIGMA INTERCONNECT INC., concludes a major banking agreement
Pointe-Claire (Montreal), Canada (November 12, 2009). Enigma Interconnect Inc. (Enigma), a provider of integrated Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), announced today that it has concluded a new banking agreement with a major Canadian chartered bank.
After completing the integration of Innovator which Enigma acquired from Lyrtech in 2008 and after finishing the renovation of its manufacturing plant in Saint-Laurent, Enigma decided to select a different banking partner to accommodate its new financial needs. The multi-year banking agreement with a major Canadian chartered bank will allow the Company to continue implementing its growth plan begun in 2007.
“…the new banking agreement with the substantially more favourable terms not only places Enigma at par with other “Blue Chip” banking customers, but also gives the Company the latitude to quickly react to new growth and acquisition opportunities…” said Avraham Elarar president and chief executive officer of Enigma.
