ENIGMA INTERCONNECT INC., announces expansion through purchase of equipment and assumption of building lease in Pointe-Claire, Quebec

Consistent with our controlled long-term expansion program of providing fully integrated manufacturing services to our customers, I am very pleased to announce that effective January 21, 2008 we concluded an agreement with Lyrtech Inc. (TSX-V: LYT) to assume its building lease and acquire a substantial amount of Lyrtech’s manufacturing equipment at its facilities in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. We also undertook to assume immediate responsibility for the completion of all the manufacturing contracts with Lyrtech’s customers. To facilitate this responsibility, Enigma is hiring a number of Lyrtech’s staff and production employees.

Enigma has not purchased Lyrtech’s business, nor assumed its Accounts Receivable or its Accounts Payable. Enigma has enabled Lyrtech to reduce its financial obligations by assuming responsibility for several equipment loans and leases and the building lease. This will allow Lyrtech to focus on its core design and engineering business.

Enigma and Lyrtech are intent on creating a close strategic partnership that will permit Lyrtech to use the worldwide manufacturing services of Enigma to manufacture its own products as well as the products being designed for its customers.

In the following days and weeks, Enigma will make all its resources available to service both its current clients as well as those served in the past by Lyrtech’s manufacturing division. Enigma will continue to service all its clients in a timely manner from both Saint-Laurent and Pointe-Claire sites. In the longer term, the intention is to move Enigma’s manufacturing capability in the province of Quebec into the Pointe-Claire facility.
