ENIGMA's new plating line is here!

Burnaby, BC, Canada – June 1, 2022 - Enigma Interconnect is happy to announce that an updated clean room for the Maskless LED direct imager and OLEC soldermask exposer has been completed. This will help provide you with greater quality for your circuit boards as dust and environmental fluctuations in the room are eliminated in the imaging process for dry film and soldermask using a HEPA-filtered, positive-pressure system and a heat-pump temperature-controlled environment.

To serve your next generation designs, our PAL electrolytic plating line has completed construction and will be chemically commissioned next week. The pulse plating rectifiers on this line will move forward Enigma Interconnect’s capability in metallizing holes with aspect ratios above 12:1 while at the same time providing more uniform plating results. The plating line will also come with two specialty plating tanks to facilitate blind via and microvia copper fill in the future. They will be commissioned in the upcoming months.

Enigma is currently working on updating our process capabilities document and will publish it soon. Thank you for your journey with Enigma and we hope to further contribute to your success in the future!
